First time ordering from krystalwigs and won't be the last. I little longer than expected I though it said 14 inches but it was actually 24 inches. I might cut it to the length I really want tho. Also, the finished front I was not crazy about it even though it's a cute wig there was not picture available of the front. Only when you get the actual wig is when you are able to see finished look, other than that very pleased with my purchase, hair is soft and it looks realistic.
