I love this wig but the color is to blond, looks platinum blond.

I ordered Two. The human hair and a 22” long. The 22” long is too yellow. I’ve requested a return address for the 22”. Not provided untilI send a picture of it for the return dept to decide if I’m right or wrong. If the customer says it’s too yellow then it is. I’ve bought the wig color 613 for over 40 yrs. I know when the color is not correct. I’ve ordered two from Krystal Wigs and was pleased. If the customer has to “prove” the color is off then that’s poor customer service. Please advise if the return address will be provided to me. If it isn’t I’ll never order from Krystal Wigs again. Thanks, Sherry Toler Everett. 9/28/2025.
